Overview
Welcome to StackLoop. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StackLoop application and related services provided by Kyle Getson, operating under the name StackLoop (“StackLoop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using StackLoop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StackLoop. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. License to Use StackLoop
StackLoop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application for personal or internal business use on macOS devices that you own or control.
This license does not grant ownership of the software. StackLoop retains all rights, title, and interest in the application.
3. Trial Version
StackLoop may provide a trial version that allows you to evaluate the software before purchasing a license.
Trial versions may have limited functionality or time-based restrictions. StackLoop may modify or discontinue trial access at any time.
4. Paid Licenses and Payments
Paid licenses for StackLoop are processed and managed through Paddle, our payment and licensing provider.
All payment processing, billing, and refund policies are handled by Paddle according to their terms and policies.
By purchasing a license, you agree to Paddle’s applicable terms of service and billing policies.
5. Updates
StackLoop may provide automatic or manual software updates that improve functionality, security, or performance.
By using StackLoop, you agree that updates may be installed as part of the normal operation of the software.
6. Platform Compatibility
StackLoop is designed to run on supported versions of macOS. Because the application interacts with operating system features and window management APIs, functionality may be affected by changes introduced in future macOS updates.
StackLoop does not guarantee continued compatibility with all future versions of macOS. While we may release updates to maintain compatibility, we are not obligated to modify the software to support changes made by Apple or third-party applications.
Users are responsible for ensuring their system environment remains compatible with the version of StackLoop they choose to use.
7. Ownership
StackLoop and all related intellectual property, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by StackLoop and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you only a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
StackLoop is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackLoop makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
Your use of the software is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
In all cases, StackLoop’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.
10. No Responsibility for Data Loss or Productivity Impact
StackLoop is a productivity tool designed to help manage application windows and workflows.
StackLoop is not responsible for lost work, lost productivity, missed deadlines, system issues, or data loss that may occur while using the software.
Users are responsible for saving their work and maintaining appropriate backups of their systems.
11. License Abuse and Revocation
StackLoop reserves the right to suspend or revoke software licenses if we reasonably believe they are being used in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- sharing licenses in a way that circumvents licensing limits
- attempting to bypass license enforcement mechanisms
- distributing unauthorized copies of the software
If a license is revoked for abuse or violation of these Terms, access to the software may be disabled.
12. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using StackLoop at any time by uninstalling the software. StackLoop may terminate or suspend access to the software if these Terms are violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
StackLoop may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the StackLoop website.
Continued use of StackLoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund and Return Policy
StackLoop offers a free 14-day trial that allows users to evaluate the software before purchasing. The trial does not require a credit card and may be used without payment during the trial period.
After purchasing a StackLoop license, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Refunds may be requested by contacting [email protected] or by submitting a request directly through Paddle, our payment and licensing provider. Paddle manages all payment processing and will issue refunds according to their policies and procedures.
Once a refund is issued, the associated license may be deactivated and access to the software may be disabled.
StackLoop licenses are a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges associated with the software.
